Since 1973, Dawn Farm has been a place of healing and hope for individuals affected by Substance Use Disorders (SUD). From the beginning, our commitment has been clear: to remove barriers to the recovery community—regardless of the person’s drug of choice, financial means, or life circumstances—and to walk with them on their path of recovery.  

Over the last five decades, Dawn Farm has built a robust continuum of care to support this mission. Our services range from long-term residential treatment to transitional housing, outpatient services to sub-acute withdrawal management, case management to peer support, and a wide range of outreach activities. At the heart of it all is something deeper; a belief that recovery is not just about treatment—it is about connection.
